Terms of Use

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Account sharing is not permitted — each account is for a single individual's own exam preparation; sharing login access with another person may result in suspension under §6.

2. Attempt Limits and Access Duration

Individual exams, mock tests, and Test Series items may carry a maximum number of attempts, shown on the item itself before you start. A subscription or purchased item grants access for the duration stated at the time of purchase — shown on the plan/item and on your receipt. Access does not automatically renew unless explicitly stated.

3. Test Series, Previous Paper Packs, Subscriptions, and Study Material

Some Test Series, Previous Paper Packs, and Study Material are marked Premium and require an active subscription, a direct purchase, or an access grant. A subscription plan's coverage (which content types/series it unlocks) is described on the plan itself at the time of purchase. Free/sample items remain accessible without payment.

4. Payments and Coupons

Where online payments are enabled, purchases are processed securely by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway — SkillTop does not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details at any point; those are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards. A manual UPI payment is reviewed by our team before access is activated (see §"Manual UPI review" in our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

A coupon/discount code, where valid, is applied to the listed price before payment. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, may have usage limits or expiry dates, and applying/quoting a coupon does not itself constitute payment or a completed purchase.

5. Mentor Support

Where available, mentor/doubt-support features provide educational guidance related to practice content on the Platform. Mentor responses are informational and educational only — they are not professional, legal, medical, or official advice, and do not represent any government department, exam board, or official body (see our Educational Disclaimer).

6. Content Ownership and Prohibited Redistribution

All questions, exams, previous papers, and study material on the Platform are owned by SkillTop or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal exam preparation only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or bulk-download any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use and Suspension

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including account sharing, attempting to access another user's account, disrupting the service, or using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content. We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse, payment chargebacks/reversals, or a Terms violation. Suspended accounts lose access to student features until reinstated; we do not permanently delete an account as part of a suspension.

8. No Guaranteed Result

SkillTop is a preparation aid. Using the Platform — including completing exams, achieving a particular score/rank, or receiving mentor guidance — does not guarantee any specific exam result, selection, or employment outcome. See our Educational Disclaimer for more.

9. Service Availability and Changes to These Terms

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date and policy version above reflect the current version. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
